Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders over ₹499—no additional cost at checkout.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal charge of ₹49 (flat-rate) will be applied.

Same-Day Dispatch

  • We aim to dispatch orders the same day when placed before 13:00 IST, Monday – Saturday.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 IST, and all Sunday or public holiday orders, will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro & major cities: 2 – 3 business days
  • Tier-2 & remote locations: 3 – 7 business days
  • If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will update you via email/SMS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its progress.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for an additional ₹49 COD fee on all orders.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery.

We will coordinate with the courier, and if fault is determined on their part, you’ll be offered a replacement or full refund.
