1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
The product packaging must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process

Once approved, ship the product to our return address.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products deliveries.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
2. Exchange Process
Email us at info@bagribhoomi.com with order details and photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
After approval, return the product to our address.
A replacement ghee jar will be shipped after inspection.
